Marc Booth

Marc Booth is National Supply Chain Manager at WPS, with extensive procurement and supply chain experience across housing, facilities management, construction and engineering in the UK and overseas. Having progressed from frontline procurement roles into senior leadership positions, Marc has built and transformed procurement functions, developed national operating models, and strengthened commercial performance, governance and supply chain capability. At WPS, he supports a national property services business maintaining over 600,000 homes and 1,200 commercial properties, with a workforce of around 3,400 following the integration of Liberty and the recent acquisition of Calibre BSM. Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation, Marc focuses on building high-performing supply chains that deliver measurable value, manage risk, strengthen supplier partnerships and enable better business outcomes.
