Marc Tolliver

Marcus “Marc” Tolliver is a partner with the Dallas, Texas based law firm Touchstone Bernays. Born and raised in Dallas, Marc received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas (B.A. Political Science, 2008), and his legal education at Baylor University in Waco, Texas (J.D. 2011). Since beginning his legal career, Marc has practiced as a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, personal injury, products liability, automotive, trucking, premises liability, and wrongful death. He has a diverse practice that serves manufacturers, athletic facilities, schools, restaurants, retailers, construction companies, motor carriers, freight brokers, and individuals. He has experience handling cases from intake to evaluation and discovery, including expert and fact witness depositions, and eventually all the way through resolution, whether it be through trial, settlement, or dismissal. Marc is licensed to practice in the State of Texas
