Managing Partner with extensive expertise advising clients on strategic and commercial matters, particularly in e-commerce, with a specialisation in PUDO solutions and lockers, as well as M&A activities. A dynamic leader with a track record of building and transforming organisations, he was a founding member of the start-up teams for DHL, Coopers & Lybrand, Allied Domecq, and Monsanto in Poland and Ukraine. Marek conceived and co-founded Masterlink Express, which later became DPD Polska, establishing one of the first local CEP companies in Poland. Under his leadership, it grew into a market leader, setting benchmarks for innovation and service excellence in the logistics and courier industry. Later, as CEO of GeoPost CSEE, he successfully unified 16 countries under the DPD brand, driving regional growth and integration.
