Marina Matselinskaya is Vice President of Business Development at ExxonMobil Upstream Ventures focused on material oil and gas resource additions via nonexploration avenues, such as asset acquisitions, joint ventures, farm-in's, and entry into new markets. With over 20 years of experience in global energy companies, Marina brings a multifaceted perspective shaped by leadership roles in investor relations, business development, operations, and strategic marketing across Asia Pacific, Eurasia, Latin America, and the U.S. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, she was Director of Investor Relations at Halliburton. Marina holds a master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Communications from MGIMO (Moscow State University of International Relations) and an Executive MBA from Rice University, where she was recognized as a Jones Scholar.
