Mark Missen is the Head of Technical Operations at RoslinCT, where he oversees the company's cell therapy manufacturing, project management, and facilities operations. With a focus on ensuring the seamless delivery of client manufacturing projects, Mark leads a diverse team of GMP Production Scientists, ensuring compliance with stringent GMP and regulatory standards. His role involves not only managing current operations but also planning for future expansions, both in terms of capacity and technology. Before joining RoslinCT in June 2020, Mark was the Associate Director and Head of Cell Therapy Operations at Lonza Bioscience in Singapore. There, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the facility from a mono-client to a multi-client setup, leading the site through significant growth and preparing it for FDA pre-approval inspections.
