Marvin Rosen

Marvin S. Rosen has more than 40 years of experience in corporate and securities law. He advises private equity firms, hedge funds, activists, and distressed investors on special strategies. He has had experience on various boards of public companies and serves on the board of directors of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the Howard Gilman Foundation, and Roundabout Theatre Group. Rosen was the finance chairman for the Democratic National Committee under President Bill Clinton. He received his B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, his L.L.B. from Dickinson School of Law, and his L.L.M. from New York University School of Law.
