Mary Bowie Bio: insurance lawyer with two decades’ experience in the London market, qualified leadership coach and DEI advocate, with expertise in developing governance for ESG, emerging tech and AI. Mary is Head of Legal/UK Legal Lead for Verisk, a US headquartered/NASDAQ data analytics software and solutions provider, advising internal stakeholders and business partners on distribution and service, also providing advice on legal aspects of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Prior to her role at Verisk, Mary was Lead Legal Counsel UK at Wakam, a French insurer/Insurtech business. Mary’s first in house role was Senior Legal Counsel at Miller Insurance, an international Lloyd’s of London wholesale/specialty insurance broker, whom she joined after working in private practice at international law firm, CMS.
