Mathew WIlson

Mr. Wilson has over 16 years of experience in venture capital with a primary focus on the mining sector. He has spent the past eight years as a mining CEO, leading mine restarts and exploration programs across multiple jurisdictions and building a cohesive, long-standing management team. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Pinetree Capital and later held executive roles, including CEO and CFO, in ventures spanning blockchain infrastructure and synthetic biology. Mr. Wilson is also Chief Investment Officer at EarthLabs, managing a $50 million equity portfolio dedicated to the venture mining market. He is a CFA charterholder and earned his Master of Finance from Queen’s University in 2012.
