Matt Eales

Matt is an aviation professional with 28 years of industry experience spanning engineering, inspection, operations, and business leadership across both aero and industrial gas turbine sectors. He began his career as an Inspector/Engineer at TRT, a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Chromalloy, specializing in Trent engine High Pressure Turbine (HPT) blades and vanes and Low Pressure Turbine (LPT) components. In this role, he developed extensive hands-on expertise in turbine component inspection, repair, and overhaul. Matt later progressed to Senior Engineer and Shop Manager at TCW, where he established and managed a full component repair shop supporting major engine platforms including the Pratt & Whitney JT3, Pratt & Whitney JT9D, General Electric CF6-50, and General Electric CF6-80.
