Matt Hall

Matt works as Lead Auditor for Rolls-Royce, heading up and overseeing the audit and assurance schedule for RR and their partners across the UK. A seasoned safety professional with almost 20 years' experience, Matt is also a renowned worldwide keynote speaker and huge believer in development and mentoring the next generation of safety professionals and spends time mentoring individuals from across the globe. Matt was recently named OSH Leader of the year for Manufacturing and Global OSH Leader of the year at the IOSH Awards in 2026.
