Matteo Cagiada
Postdoctoral Fellow, University Of Oxford / University Of Copenhagen
Matteo Cagiada is a NNF postdoctoral fellow at the universities of Oxford and Copenhagen. He completed his PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Copenhagen, where he worked on predicting the molecular mechanisms behind detrimental protein mutations. During his postdoctoral research, he worked on protein dynamics, focusing on using generative models to better describe proteins and their motions. He is currently interested in understanding how dynamics can be used in different contexts, including protein design and computer-aided therapeutic design.
