Matthew Brady Siano, Esq. is the Chief Legal Officer of Five Bells Settlement Corp., a digital assets trading infrastructure company. Five Bells specializes in building middle office software (e.g., clearing, trading matching and settlement software solutions) for crypto trading firms. From July 2004 through July 2023, Mr. Siano was the Managing Director, Global General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer of Two Sigma Investments, LP and all its various domestic and international affiliates, a group of global investment managers and broker/dealers specializing in quantitative investing and advising across a broad range of asset classes with greater than $50 billion in third-party assets under management.
