Matthew Ware

Matthew Ware is Chief Executive Officer of Mark 3 International, where he is leading the company through growth in express parcel and freight logistics, with a particular focus on UK–US ecommerce trade. Matthew joined Mark 3 from CFL, Heathrow Airport's only on-site express courier handler, where he served as CEO for eight years. Prior to CFL, Matthew spent 16 years with FedEx, holding a number of senior leadership roles that gave him experience across international logistics, air cargo, and global supply chains. Widely recognised as a media spokesperson on global air cargo issues, Matthew brings to the table a strong strategic vision and operational expertise.
