Matthias Ingelmann

Matthias has gained hands-on experience in bar operations across Germany, he then relocated to London in 2017 to further develop his expertise in the hospitality industry. Over the past eight years, he has led and managed beverage programs for 50 Best Bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, and renowned restaurant groups, working across a diverse range of concepts and styles. He created the agave menu for KOL Restaurant & Mezcaleria in London, imported house mezcals for the restaurant and defined KOL’s style of working with premium mezcals in signature cocktails.
