Matthias Lataille is the Founder and Chief Flow Leader of No+Flow Brands, a UK-based specialist agency focused on helping premium alcohol-free and functional drinks brands grow in hospitality and retail. With a background spanning hospitality, bartending, drinks advocacy, and entrepreneurship, Matthias has become a respected voice in the rapidly evolving no and low alcohol category. He is also a judge at the London Spirits Competition, where he evaluates spirits alongside leading drinks buyers, bartenders, and trade professionals. Originally trained in law before transitioning into hospitality, Matthias built a successful career in bars, brand engagement, and drinks education, including recognition among the UK’s top bartending talent.
