Maurizio Mensi

Maurizio Mensi is Professor of Law & Economics at SNA and Law at Luiss University. A specialist in administrative and EU law, he is an EESC member and board member at Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, EGPL, and 3-I S.p.A. He previously served at the European Commission, as Italian State Lawyer, and as Head of Legal at AGCOM. He also chaired the Media and Minors Committee and the TIM network Supervisory Board. He has published widely on cybersecurity, data protection, and digital regulation.
