Mel Schemith is Managing Director for UK & Europe at Jeen, where she helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to secure, governed, production-grade adoption. Working with organisations across regulated and complex sectors, including healthcare, government, financial services, energy, telecommunications, and education, Mel focuses on helping leaders operationalise AI at scale, aligning strategy, governance, business value, and execution. Her career spans more than 15 years across Microsoft, AWS, IBM, and Jeen, following the evolution of enterprise technology from early AI discussions around IBM Watson, to cloud adoption at scale, to responsible AI deployment in the UK public sector. Most recently, she led Data & AI for Microsoft’s UK Public Sector business, working with organisations where trust, security, regulation, and public accountability are critical.
