Liss McLaren is a product and transformation leader with a track record of building digital products that make a real difference to the people using them. She is currently Co-Founder of Vinyl AI, a tool built for the way accountants and bookkeepers actually work. Before Vinyl, she spent four years at Service NSW, where she was one of the original members of the product team and went on to help grow and lead a portfolio of 800 staff as Group Product Manager, delivering digital products used by millions of people across the state. Her connection to the accounting world runs deeper still. As Transformation Lead at TOA Global, Liss led digital transformation and the global product ownership function across accounting firms and their teams. She holds an MBA from The University of Notre Dame Australia and certifications in human-centred design from IDEO, and she is a regular public speaker on innovation and product, known for her focus on user-centric design, strong teams, and technology tha
