Mesbah Khan

Mesbah is an ontologist with 25 years’ experience in semantic integration and interoperability across capital projects, procurement, operations and finance. Since 2010, he has combined ontology and data engineering to make explicit the implicit meanings stored within traditional data models. As a founder at OntoLedgy, he has developed tools grounded in the BORO foundational ontology to facilitate ontology development: using agents to build ontologies that ground agent reasoning and action. These include the Ontology Build Toolkit (OBT), now in development with its first design partner. He is a BSI/ISO Principal Expert and a doctoral researcher at the University of Westminster.
