Michael Dreiseidler, PhD

Michael Dreiseidler, PhD, is a senior Medical Affairs leader with more than 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across clinical operations and medical affairs. He currently works in hematology, with a particular focus on evidence strategy, scientific engagement and the translation of clinical evidence into meaningful impact in patient care. Over the course of his career, Michael has held roles spanning clinical research, field medical and medical strategy, giving him a broad perspective on how evidence is generated, interpreted and ultimately applied in clinical practice. His current interests include real-world evidence, evidence gap identification, implementation science and the distinction between evidence required for regulatory or HTA purposes and evidence needed to support clinical adoption and decision-making.
