Michael O'Dwyer

Michael O’Dwyer is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Power & Energy Group at Morgan Stanley, one of the leading global Investment Banks, with over 80,000 employees across 41 countries. Michael joined Morgan Stanley in 2008 and is responsible for leading coverage of a wide range of companies in the natural resources sector, with a focus on supporting clients in the oil & gas and the energy transition areas. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michael spent over 10 years with Lehman Brothers in the European energy group and before that, five years working with Eni SpA as an engineer in the Exploration & Production division, based in Italy and Norway. In his investment banking career, Michael has advised on numerous M&A assignments for leading companies in all areas of the resources sector, as well as assisting in raising both debt and equity financing for a wide range of companies globally.
