Michal Cichocki

Michal Cichocki is the Global Product Manager for AI Assurance Services at SGS, the world’s largest certification body. With over 20 years in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, he has led global initiatives in Digital Trust Assurance services and ISO/IEC 42001 certification, playing a key role in the world’s first AI management system certification. Beyond AI, Michał has held various leadership roles at SGS, including in sales management and product development. He built a high-performing global sales team and launched internationally recognized certification programs, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and innovation in management system certification. He actively shapes international standards and best practices in Digital Trust Assurance and holds a master’s in economics along with postgraduate degrees in cybersecurity management and digital transformation.
