Michel Rivier

PhD in pharmacology with 30 years of industry experience across dermatology, immunology, inflammation, and oncology. Since 2018 at Syneos Health, he has led Translational Sciences strategy, aligning scientific vision with operational delivery. Since 2021 he supports emerging biotechs in multiple therapeutic areas, through a Virtual Incubator-Accelerator, guiding biomarker strategy, indication selection, risk mitigation, and value positioning. As of today, the Accelerator has supported more than 80 biotechs, accelerating preclinical progress and strengthening development dossiers.
