Michelle Agha-Hossein

Michelle is a chartered engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. With over 15 years of experience as a sustainability consultant, she specialises in post-occupancy evaluation (POE), Soft Landings, and building performance evaluation (BPE). After completing her doctorate in sustainable offices, Michelle joined BSRIA, where she further developed the Soft Landings Framework, provided consultancy services, and chaired the Soft Landings Network for 8 years. In 2022, Michelle joined Buro Happold as an Associate Sustainability Consultant, where she led several Soft Landings and POE projects. Michelle was the Soft Landings Champion, on behalf of AVIVA, on several of their projects. She also lead POE services for the Student Centre (UCL). Astor College (UCL) and SODA (MMU).
