Mike Padawer is Founder and President of INERTIA / Advisor Services Group and author of “What’s The Deal With Long-Term Care?”, with his forthcoming book, “The Care Coefficient”, scheduled for publication soon. Mike has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, with leadership roles spanning retail, wholesale, and sales management. Since establishing INERTIA in 2011, he has worked exclusively with advisors, institutions, and their clients to address the various risks created by loss of independence and cognitive decline associated with the need for Medicare-excluded Long-Term Care.
