Milan Bollegala

With over 20 years’ experience across the criminal justice system, Milan brings deep expertise in programme delivery and digital transformation. He has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including IT Programme Delivery Manager for the Crown Prosecution Service in London and a decade specialising in business analysis and project delivery. At the Police Digital Service, Milan has supported the refreshed National Policing Digital Strategy and led work on the Police Productivity Review. He currently supports the NPCC National Change Board, with work to better understand and support digital transformation with forces and national IT delivery programmes. In parallel, he is focusing on interoperability as a key enabler of policing reform, addressing legacy technology, procurement fragmentation and standards adoption.
