Minea Kim

H.E. Kim Minea currently serves as the CEO of the Cambodia Tourism Board (CTB), where he leads the organisation’s international tourism promotion, destination marketing, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining the Cambodia Tourism Board, H.E. Minea served as Assistant to the Prime Minister from August 2023 to September 2024 and was promoted to serve as Personal Advisor to the Prime Minister since October 2024. He also held various positions in public policy, economic analysis, and development consultancy. H.E. Minea holds a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, including a semester exchange at the Hertie School of Governance, Germany. He also earned a Bachelor of Business from Tianjin University, China. H.E. Minea is proficient in Khmer, English and Chinese.
