Minreet Kaur

Minreet Kaur is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster and community leader dedicated to telling stories that drive change. Over the course of her journalism career, she has worked for the BBC and Sky News and has written for leading national publications including The Independent, The Telegraph, The Guardian, Metro, iNews and many others. Her work has covered a wide range of issues, with a particular passion for amplifying underrepresented voices and highlighting stories that matter. Minreet is also the founder of Asian Women Run, a not-for-profit community that empowers South Asian women to become stronger, healthier and more confident through running. Built around a "no PB" (no personal best) ethos, the group prioritises participation, community and representation over performance, creating a welcoming space for women who have traditionally been underrepresented in sport.
