Miriam Martinez Callejas

Miriam Martinez Callejas is Chief Clinical Pharmacist and co-founder of Roseway Labs, with over 20 years’ experience in pharmacy and compounding. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Alcalá, Spain, and a Master’s in the Preparation and Development of Individualised Medicines in Pharmacy from TECH Technological University, completed in 2023. She specialises in innovative formulations, complex patient needs and practitioner education, and is a sought-after conference speaker. As part of her role at Roseway Labs, she also oversees clinical pharmacy and supports the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality compounding services.
