MODERATOR: Elspeth Rae

Rae is co-founder of MonRae Management, which manages some of the world’s leading digital talent, including DanTDM, Stephen Tries, Hayley Morris and TommyInnit. The business also builds IP through MonRae Productions, and Rae consults for several major broadcasters and production companies. Grazia magazine has described Rae, alongside her business partner Bronagh, as a “quiet powerhouse in the world of digital talent”. She started out in live events, producing sold-out international creator tours, before becoming joint MD of Cut and Mustard, Endemol Shine’s digital-talent-first production label, where she worked with the likes of KSI, DanTDM and WillNE. She launched MonRae Management in 2020. Rae is a member of Young Bafta’s advisory board and GOSH’s youth board.
