Montse Herrera Despradel

Montse Herrera Despradel is Senior Manager at My Booking Rewards, a global travel technology company specialising in loyalty and rewards. She works across strategic partnerships, business development and international expansion, managing a portfolio of clients across hotels, destinations, tour operators, cruise lines and travel ancillaries. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Montse has lived in six countries and holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from King's College London. Before entering the travel industry, she co-founded a social media agency working with local businesses and international brands. Montse is proud to be part of the TTG 30 Under 30 Class of 2026/27.
