Mrs Amanda Elbourn

Amanda Elbourn is Founder & Director of AB Aesthetic Consultant Services (ABACS) and AB Aesthetic Business Academy, with more than 20 years’ experience across clinical practice, senior leadership, business strategy and multi-site aesthetic clinic operations. A Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Amanda progressed to Operations Director within a nationally recognised aesthetic and cosmetic surgery group. She founded ABACS in 2020, supporting clinics and aesthetic businesses with operations, finance, KPIs, leadership, compliance, profitability and sustainable growth. Amanda also leads the AB Aesthetic Business Academy, delivering practical, sector-specific education for clinic owners, managers, front-of-house teams and aesthetic practitioners, bridging clinical expertise with commercial and business success.
