Claire Williams is the founder and CEO of WOW Facial and Circa Skin and the originator of the category Biologically Guided Aesthetics and its framework. She has spent eighteen years in skin health and aesthetics, and her interest in longevity, which began at twenty-three, has driven a steady shift in her thinking from treating skin at the surface to understanding what governs it beneath. That shift now puts its focus on biomarkers: how genetic variation, mitochondrial function and lifestyle inputs shape the way an individual responds to treatment, and how that information can be used to hyperpersonalise protocols rather than personalise them by appearance alone. Her current focus is building and validating the evidence base behind that approach.
