Ms Meghan Walker

Meghan Walker is the founder of Hiveality, the practice infrastructure platform for health and longevity clinics, and an advisor to clinic groups and health technology founders building longitudinal models of care. She practised performance medicine in Toronto for fifteen years, during which she built and sold two clinics. Over the decade since, she has worked with hundreds of clinic owners and founders on the commercial architecture of their businesses, and is the author of Impact Medicine. She sits on the board of the British College of Longevity Medicine and advises PHC, a UK functional medicine group, on governance and clinical model design. Based in Barcelona, she works across North America, the UK and Europe. Her work centres on the operating model behind longevity care: how a clinic moves from transactional visits to an authored system of care that retains patients, scales beyond its founder, and holds its margin.
