Mustafa Serkan Omerbeyoglu

Serkan holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and later enrolled in San Diego State University to complete his MBA. After working 4 years as an investment banker in USA, he returned to Turkey to pursue new endeavors in financial technologies. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the field of financial technologies. In 2002, Serkan became part of the founding team of Provus, the first payment processing company in Turkey, back when financial technologies as a field was still in its infancy. Provus provided secure and modern payment solutions for credit card, ATM and POS transactions. Provus was later acquired by Mastercard, which was one of the biggest deals made in the Turkish fintech ecosystem. After his exit from Provus, he co-founded Ininal in 2012, one of the most widely used pre-paid cards in Turkey.
