Nadja Wendler serves as Senior Vice President Sustainability at Uniper, a leading European energy company with a global reach and activities in more than 40 countries playing its part in the energy transition. In her role, she is focused on integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and transitional activities into core business strategies and processes. As part of her role, Nadja is responsible for the development and implementation of Uniper’s Group-wide sustainability strategy. She oversees the establishment of related targets and the management of ESG initiatives, as well as progress reporting. With two decades of experience in the energy sector, Nadja has dedicated her career to advancing responsible business practices, enabling the energy transition and fostering transformative change.
