Naomi Brandon-Bravo

Naomi Brandon-Bravo is a Sustainability Policy Adviser at the British Retail Consortium (BRC), where she leads industry engagement on circular economy reforms, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS). She has played a central role in supporting retailers through DRS development, chairing the BRC retailer working group, guiding businesses through regulatory requirements, and working with stakeholders across the value chain on scheme implementation. Before joining the BRC, Naomi worked at Zemo Partnership on the transition to zero-emission transport, leading projects on electric vehicle adoption and industry engagement. She focuses on practical, collaborative approaches to sustainability, bringing together business, policymakers and delivery partners to turn environmental policy into real-world outcomes.
