As Head of Global Mobility for Thoughtworks, my focus is global collaboration and enabling talent growth. My expertise lies in strategic policy development and organizational transformation, notably leading the transition of our mobility function from a decentralized model to a cohesive global structure. I believe global mobility is about empowering individuals to embrace new experiences, build diverse leadership, and cultivate a deeper understanding of our interconnected world, always with empathy for the human behind the goal.
