Nataly Hastings

With background in Parkinson's research and bioengineering, Dr Nat Hastings brings a fresh perspective on brain function by investigating how Parkinson's and other neurological conditions impact networks of astrocytes - critically important brain cells which have been traditionally overlooked in translational research. She built international teams, established collaborations between academia and industry, and secured over £1.2M in grant plus equity funding
