Nea Höynälä leads the Enterprise AI team at OstraconAI, an AI agency that has helped over 70 marketing teams make better use of AI. Nea has spent the past 10 years working in B2B marketing in both startups and stock-listed companies. She's also researched responsible AI and spoken at world-renowned events like Nordic Business Forum, Slush, and TechBBQ. Before OstraconAI, she led one of the Nordics' largest tech communities and won Technology Influencer of the Year in 2024.
