Neal Bates is Growth and Development Director at Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, where he is helping lead an ambitious expansion plan to open a further 100 pizzerias over six years. He has played a key role in growing Rudy’s from a single pizzeria into a business with more than 40 locations, making it the world’s largest AVPN-accredited pizza brand. With over 15 years of experience as an owner-operator, Neal developed a strong understanding of the practical and commercial challenges of running hospitality businesses. Before joining Mission Mars, the group behind Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, he held roles at Brunning & Price and The Restaurant Group.
