With extensive experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and service improvement, Neil has played a key role in major projects, including the implementation of a new Football Management System, the development of digital services, and initiatives designed to grow the game and the overall football experience across Scotland. Passionate about using technology, data and innovation to solve real-world challenges, Neil focuses on delivering practical improvements that benefit clubs, players, supporters, volunteers and staff. Having helped shape the Scottish FA's transformation journey over the past three years, he brings first-hand experience of leading change in a complex and high-profile sporting environment, balancing strategic ambition with the realities of day-to-day delivery.
