I own NDC, an advisory-led accountancy firm built on a simple idea: numbers tell stories and most businesses never hear theirs. As a speaker, podcaster and coach to the accountancy and bookkeeping profession, I help practice owners rethink pricing, management reporting and the commercial conversations that turn compliance clients into advisory clients. I'm an early and enthusiastic adopter of AI in practice, building my own suite of internal tools and coaching firms on how to do the same. When I'm not talking tech and numbers, I'm usually building something, whether that's a coworking space, a property portfolio, or LEGO.
