Neil Trevena

Neil has spent the last 15 years working with leaders at all levels across multiple industries. Prior to Ivy House, he spent nearly a decade working with operational leaders and teams within the British Police Service, enabling high performance under extreme pressure and scrutiny. It was here that he also received numerous recognitions for demonstrating his own leadership capabilities in times of crisis.
