Neil Willson

Neil joined Cambridge University Press and Assessment as Director of Legal Operations in 2024. Prior to Cambridge, Neil led a variety of transformation projects at organisations including Sainsburys, Kalexius and BT. Neil’s current role involves implementing and optimising legal technology along with budget and spend management responsibilities. Neil manages a team of 9 legal operations professionals located in both the UK and the Philippines.
