Nell Spotswood

I am an Assistant Estimator working across our South Region and a member of the Preconstruction Innovation Group. My involvement in the group has focused on exploring emerging technologies and innovative solutions within the market, and understanding how these could be applied practically within Wates. I am particularly interested in how we can use innovation to improve efficiency, make better use of our data and prepare for the pace of change ahead. Being part of the group has given me the opportunity to explore new ideas, challenge how we currently work and help identify solutions that could deliver real value across the company.
