Currently serving as the Global Statutory Reporting Digital Transformation Delivery Lead at Mars Inc., Ngozi drives strategic finance innovation through SAP S/4HANA implementations, enabling operational excellence and compliance across complex global landscapes. Her career includes senior roles at KPMG UK, GlaxoSmithKline, Sony, AXA Sunlife, and the NHS, where she has led large-scale finance transformation programmes, built high-performing teams, and delivered measurable business value. Ngozi is a Fellow of the ACCA and holds an Executive Master’s in Business and Leadership from Cranfield School of Management.
