Nick Rowe

Nick has been with CallMiner for over ten years, wearing a variety of hats (analytics, training, customer success) but always focusing on enabling clients to get the most value out of contact analytics and conversational intelligence. Prior to CallMiner he spent twelve years at Nottinghamshire Police as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and then Resource and Performance Manager within the Contact Management department. A problem solver and creative thinker, in 2023 he published his first novel which he wrote by accident.
