Nicki Doherty

Nicki is the Director of Neighbourhood and Partnership Development for Joined Up Care Derbyshire, providing system leadership across health, social care and voluntary sector partners to develop integrated neighbourhood working, strengthen provider collaboration and support the shift from hospital to community-based care. Since joining Derby and Derbyshire in 2024, Nicki has played a leading role in advancing the system's neighbourhood health ambitions, working alongside partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector to strengthen integrated neighbourhood working and develop more proactive, community-based models of care.
