She champions inclusive and sustainable design, while advocating for the health, wellbeing, and psychological safety of those involved in the design and construction process, helping to ensure that no one is left behind. Her work focuses on embedding holistic sustainability within the built environment while ensuring that health, wellbeing, accessibility, and inclusivity remain central to decision-making. Nicola has supported the delivery of sustainable design strategies across a wide range of complex projects, promoting approaches that deliver positive outcomes for both people and the planet.
